Our Sales Policy...

Sales:

We will make every attempt to make your purchase experience with Mylox a great one. It is the policy of Mylox to offer products and services to all interested parties. While we strive to provide every day low pricing to all parties, certain customers may be entitled to greater discounts due to factors such past purchase history, volume purchasing, etc. In the USA we offer the option of on-line purchasing via our store front, or via our sales associates. In Europe, all sales and sales enquiries are handled by our UK office. The UK office can accept payment by cheque or bank transfer in Sterling or Euro currencies. Orders can be accepted by; post, telephone, email or fax. Our normal payment terms are 30 days net (subject to credit status). If you would like to open an account with Mylox then simply contact the UK Office.

Warranty:

The manufacturer's warranty applies to products sold by Mylox. The manufacturer usually handles warranties. Warranties vary by manufacturer. Please refer to our warranty chart for further details, or call our Customer Care Department. Warranty on products manufactured by Mylox will of course be covered directly by Mylox.

DOA:

If your product is DOA (Dead On Arrival), out of the box failure, or fails during the manufacturer's DOA period, our Customer Care Department will arrange for replacement within the guidelines of the manufacturer's warranty and DOA policy.

Returning Defective Products:

You may return defective product within 15 days of purchase date. All products returned must have a valid Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. To receive an RMA number contact the Mylox Customer Care Department.

Software...

Open software may be returned only if defective out of the box, under the terms of the software publisher. Be sure that you have read the licensing agreement and checked that you have received the correct type, version and disk size before opening. Defective software can only be exchanged for the same version. Software purchased and downloaded online from Mylox may not be returned under any circumstances. If you are unsure about purchasing one of our products, we strongly recommend you first preview the product by downloading a demo version of the product.

Restocking Fees...

Mylox will charge for all items missing from returns. We also charge a minimum 15% restocking fee to cover processing costs for returns that are not complete and in factory condition.

Mylox has made a strong commitment to our customers to provide superior service and support. Our team of technicians, engineers and Customer Care associates are available to help resolve your technical problems. Limitations on Liability...

Mylox disclaims all liability for, and customer specifically waives all right to, any special, incidental or consequential damages, including any damages to property or any damages resulting from loss of data, profit, or goodwill, which customers might suffer directly or indirectly as a result of any breach of any warranty, representation or covenant by Mylox, the manufacturer or Mylox's suppliers. Mylox is not responsible for the integrity of data on storage devices (hard disk drives, tapes, or diskettes, etc.). The contents of this document supersede all other previously published documents by Mylox. Mylox and manufacturer policies and warranties are subject to change without prior notice.

Warranties for Miscellaneous Items...

The following warranties apply to these items... CPUs, BIOS chips, firmware upgrades, boot proms, printer, modem and miscellaneous cables: 30 days from Mylox invoice date. Memory modules 90 days from Mylox invoice date. There is no warranty for software compatibility between hardware of different manufacturers.

Warranty Information...

Warranties are from original Mylox invoice date and apply to the original owner, unless specified otherwise. Warranties are against defects in workmanship and materials for the period of time specified, provided that the product remains unmodified and is operated under normal and proper conditions. The customer is responsible for maintaining copies of invoices for warranty claims.

Warranties are limited to repair or replacement at the manufacturer's options with reasonable promptness after being returned to the manufacturer, authorized service center, repair depot at Mylox, as specified, and by a carrier selected and paid for by the customer.

Warranties do not apply to any product that has been subject to misuse, neglect, accidental damage, unauthorized repair or tampering. Preventative maintenance activities, if required, are not covered by warranty. Warranties can not be honored for products in which serial numbers, manufacturing dates or other means of identification have been altered or removed.
