What if I have a question about an item? How do I find product information?
All the information we have regarding our products is made available to you at our website, via our associates, or via our printed catalog. Of course there will be times when you still need additional information. Try visiting the web site of the manufacturer (or retailers who carry this merchandise) to see if more extensive information might be available. How do I pay for an item I have purchased from Mylox?
At present, credit card payments can only be accepted in US Dollars via our US based shop front. UK and European customers can pay by Sterling or Euro cheque or bank transfer. Full details (including SWIFT/IBAN codes) are printed on our sales invoices.Back to Payment questions
How long do I have to pay for an item?
All items not paid for via credit card will ship subject to your terms. You must pay within your terms or late payment charges and or, revision of your credit status may result.Back to Payment questions
I purchased a few items from you during the same timeframe. Can you ship them together?
Our UK office can be totally flexible when it comes to shipping your goods. This means that, providing we are contacted before the shipment date, orders can be shipped together, or even split to part ship items to different addresses. Please note, changes to the shipment quantities may affect the delivery charge which may not then reflect the price originally quoted.Back to Payment questions
How do you calculate shipping costs?

Do you charge sales tax?
Mylox Technologies are registered for UK VAT (Value Added Tax) which is currently 17.5% of the sales value for most of our products or services. This tax will be added to all sales invoices for UK customers. Tax registered Customers from the European Union (EU) are exempt from paying this tax but only if they provide their VAT (or equivalent) registration number prior to invoicing. Please note, all non registered customers, or customers who fail to provide a registration number must, by law be charged VAT at the relevant UK rate. How long will it take for my item to reach me? (How long is order processing and delivery?)
We normally ship your purchase before the end of the next business day after you have ordered. Standard shipping is currently by Royal Mail but this may vary. The service used depends upon the value of the consignment and its weight. UK deliveries may therefore be 1 to 3 days after the shipping date. How do I track my shipment?
If goods are shipped by Royal Mail Special Delivery then it is possible to track the shipment. If you would like to know the status of your order then please contact the sales office and ask for the tracking number. You will then be able to trace the consignment through the Royal Mail website.
What do I do if my shipment never arrived?

I received my product damaged. What do I do?

Can I have an item delivered to a P.O. Box?

I live outside of the UK What about international shipping?
Yes, we are able to ship to addresses outside the UK. Parties buying in bulk quantity may make special arrangements for international shipping, we will make any reasonable effort to assist in the arrangements. Can I have a package delivered without a signature requirement?
This depends upon the postal service used. Most printers are shipped by some traceable means and so a signature will be rquired to prove delivery has taken place. Very low value orders (such as consummables) might be shipped via an economy carrier in which case a signature is not required but the postal service may elect not to leave packages at un-attended premises. It is normal practice then to leave a calling card with instructions about collection from your local depot. We would recommend shipping to a location where someone can accept and sign for your package. Back to Shipping/Delivery questions
How do I ship items to a different address?

What are your shipping options?
We normally ship items from our UK office via the Royal Mail Service. Options include; Special delivery, for urgent or valuable orders, Parcel Post for heavy and or non-urgent valuable orders, or First Class Post for small or low value shipments. Other carriers may be used from time to time dependant upon weight, value, destination or customer preference. For certain large volume shipments it may be more cost effective to ship direct from our Texas warehouse. In this cases the exact method of shipment will be agreed in advance but would generally involve Mylox taking responsibility for any import duties or tax. Back to Shipping/Delivery questions
